Ab Coaster versus Hanging Leg Raise
The revolutionary Ab Coaster utilizes the same motion as the very difficult Hanging Leg Raise exercise. The Ab Coaster uses this very effective motion while IMPROVING this traditional exercise.

Yeah, yeah, you’ve seen ‘em all, from the Abdominator to the AbSolution, on those restless nights when the TV was the last ditch cure for your insomnia. In late-night infomercials, you’ve heard the exultant promises of perfectly coifed fitness models with their sculpted midsections and wondered who was actually gullible enough to buy this, the latest abserciser of the week?
So have I, and yet here I find myself giving enthusiastic approval for the latest, much to my surprise. It’s called the Ab Coaster, and I had the opportunity to give it a test drive at this year’s Health+Fitness Business Expo in Denver, CO.
The machine resembles what you might expect a hovercycle to look like when they started building them. The best way to describe it is as a cross between a leg curl machine and a seated crunch device. However, this little gem works your abs like nothing else I’ve ever used before in over 25 years of training.
The Ab Coaster’s movement is pretty much a hybrid, somewhere between a hanging leg raise and a crunch. You pull leg pads along an armature that resembles a leg raise, but the track’s curve avoids the straight back syndrome that often plagues the exercise, curling your torso inward, as in a crunch. The result is a unique movement that hits every inch of your midsection. The leg pad can also be adjusted to allow for asymmetrical pulling, which is great for oblique work.
But don't take our word for it.

FLEX MAGAZINE LOVES THE AB COASTER!
This magazine is for "real" fitness professionals - they are very skeptical of products they see "on TV". They WERE skeptical of the Ab Coaster -- until they tried it!

Now this is a review from a RESPECTED fitness magazine that caters to PROFESSIONALS.
The reviewer is UNBIASED and OBJECTIVE - he is not trying to sell you some other products. He is just giving you an honest review of the Ab Coaster.
Not surprisingly, as you can see, the reviewer LOVES the Ab Coaster, even though he was initially inclined to be skeptical because he saw the product on TV.
A review such as this one from Flex Magazine is VERY DIFFERENT from reviews by people who are trying to sell THEIR OWN competitive products. People selling competitive products can be critical of the Ab Coaster because they are trying to sell their own ab products. In other words, they are totally biased and not objective.

The Amazon.com Problem
As we have posted on the blog previously, there are several "counterfeit" Ab Coaster sellers on the internet, and they are taking advantage of consumers who are looking for "cheap" products on websites such as Ebay, Amazon.com, and Craigs List.
Please be aware of these illegal goods because you will not be receiving an authentic Ab Coaster, and you will likely lose your purchase price. Read below in this Blog for more information about this problem.
Remember, the only authorized sellers on the Internet are located at www.AbCoaster.com and www.AbCoasterClub.com.

Now I feel stupid for falling victum! I was just trying to get a good deal in these hard economic times. How can you help me? I certainly do not have the $$ to go out and buy another "Pro" model..
Below is what I just sent to Amazon:
AB COASTER PRO - Houston, we have a problem... Item Listed was the Ab coaster Pro model... what I received was the standard model. The electronics do not work which count the number of repetitions... and there are no pegs on the side for adding resistance, its also a different color than the "Pro version". I believe I was sold a knock off copy of the ab coaster. This is not what was listed and not what I expected to receive. The seller does not reply to my email. I went to the AB Coaster site to troubleshoot the electronics and thats how I found out about knock-offs being sold on e-bay and or amazon. I did not know this was possible... but that would explain the plain brown box it arrived in with no "ab coaster" advertising on the side. I believe I have been ripped off. Please advise on what we can do?

Ebay and Amazon allow anyone to sell products on their websites - even illegal counterfeiters!! Ebay and Amazon will not help you or reimburse you if you are ripped off or deceived.
