The Ab Coaster has won the FIBO Global Innovation Award for 2008!

ESSEN, GERMANY, Apr 11, 2008 – The revolutionary Ab Coaster abdominal exercise trainer has received the Global Innovation Award at the renowned FIBO 2008 international trade show for health and fitness.
FIBO is the world's largest fitness exposition, with more than 45,000 guests and 438 exhibitors at the annual show. The FIBO 2008 Global Innovation Award was selected by industry leaders from around the world, including experts in the area of product safety and certification, journalism, health and sports science.
The Ab Coaster, made by Ab Coaster LLC in Chester, New Jersey, was selected from among hundreds of fitness equipment nominations from major fitness companies around the world, including Precor, Nautilus and Life Fitness. The nominations are limited to those that constitute an advance in development for the entire industry and have been available only for the past year.
"Receiving this honor is evidence that the Ab Coaster is a revolutionary exercise device that represents a significant advance in the industry. To be selected as the top fitness innovator at FIBO is truly a great honor,” said Don Brown, President of Ab Coaster LLC and inventor of the Ab Coaster. (Mr. Brown also invented the popular Ab Roller exercise device in 1996.)

The selection process for the FIBO Global Innovation Award was coordinated by the international approvals organization TUeV Rheinland Group.
