The GOLD STANDARD of Abdominal Exercises

As you probably saw in the TV commercial, the Ab Coaster gives you the same effective workout as if you were performing the difficult Hanging Leg Raise exercise. The rest of the article discusses ways to help you strengthen your arms, back, shoulders and grip so you can START doing hanging leg raises for your abs! In other words, this exercise is so hard that you need to have tremendous upper body strength just to be able to TRY the exercise for your abs!
